What a roller coaster this election season has been! It has evoked both collective and individual crises. Emotions are running high and can feel overwhelming.
How can we find our footing in the midst of inner and outer turmoil?
In order to heal and move forward, our feelings need to be named, honored and gently navigated. Through the gateway of our feelings, we can reconnect with our innate resilience and wisdom, and align with our inner compass which can guide us to our next step.
Navigating these feelings can seem daunting, and there are tools that can help us through that gateway.
My colleague, Ellen Selover, a certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner and I, are offering a group experience that will use some of the tools from EFT Tapping and Eden Energy Medicine.
We invite you to join us in this safe and supportive container. The healing effects of this work are amplified in a group, and, you will also leave with some tools that you can use on your own to reconnect with your deepest being when you feel off-balance.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
* feel supported and connected to others who are experiencing similar challenges
* acknowledge and gently navigate challenging emotions if you wish to
* learn to use some simple EFT Tapping and Eden Energy tools on your own
* experience a sense of greater wholeness, self-acceptance and connection to your divine center

About the Presenters:
Cindy Haney is a certified EFT Tapping practitioner and Pathwork Helper in private practice in Charlottesville. Ellen Selover is a certified clinical practitioner in Eden Energy Medicine and a certified Hypnotherapist. Cindy and Ellen both have many years of experience leading workshops, teaching classes, and working with individuals and groups.
