Are you experiencing a world where “right/wrong,” “either/or,” “your way/my way,” seem to be the only options?
In these times of intense divisiveness and polarization, how can we find unity within ourselves and with others?
Pathwork Lecture #143 tells us that we can be true to ourselves, our convictions and integrity without getting lost in these dualistic struggles … everything we need to discover the truth is within us.
During the 4-session process group, we will:
- create a safe and sacred container where we will deepen our journey toward our real, unified selves
- practice identifying when we are lost in duality
- through emotional and spiritual process work, begin healing our divisions within ourselves, with others and with life
- explore ways to transform dualistic thinking and action into unified consciousness, where we can live in alignment with our deepest values.
If you missed the free introductory event on Oct. 17, you can still attend the process group – pre-registration required.
